  • Core-Aeration –  helps manage that build-up by introducing thatch-decomposing microorganisms from the soil to the top of the thatch layer. Relieves soil compaction. Compacted soil can prevent air, water, and fertilizer from reaching your lawn’s root system, causing dead spots, patches and/or thinning.

  • Over-Seeding – in fall reduces or eliminates competition from summer weedy grasses, such as crabgrass, foxtails, and other weeds.  Soil temperatures are still warm in the fall, which is necessary for seed germination, while the cooler air temperatures are better for cool season grass such as fescue. Bermuda and Zoysia seeding should be planted late spring when daily temperatures are consistently in the 80’s.

  • Grading – The first rule of grading is that the ground should slope away from your house in all directions dropping at least two or three inches every ten feet.  The maximum slope in a lawn should be twelve inches for every four feet.

  • Drainage – We can fix standing water, route downspouts correctly, install drain catch basin

  • Sod Installation – We can remove existing lawn, add new top-soil, grading and lay fresh new sod that will complete your yard in seconds…

  • Dethatching – Thatch builds up over time, so it’s not necessary to dethatch every year.  Plan on dethatching every five years or so if your lawn needs it.  Dethatching causes a lot of damage to your grass and should be done at a time when the grass is growing so it can fix the damage before the next dormant period. Dethatching in fall and core-aerate and over-seed to see best results with dethatching.

Wow! Great service, prompt, hard working crew. We just cant say enough great things. Our property was a major mess. We have a hill and a gully that was overgrown plus our lawn. Life gets you sometimes and we just couldnt maintain it. Cory showed up gave us an estimate in a timely manner and showed up with two guys when he said he would. Our property looks wonderful. What a great job they did. These guys worked so hard We just cant say enough good things. Wish we had their names We woud brag more . Thanks for getting us back on track. We will definetly be using them for services in the future and continue with lawncare. Great job guys!!!
